    Light physical activity can be gradually introduced according to your doctor’s recommendations. For more intense exercise, such as vigorous workouts, weightlifting, or other demanding physical activities, we usually recommend waiting at least 6–8 weeks after the procedure. During this time, the breasts stabilize and your body safely recovers.
    Yes. After augmentation, we recommend wearing a compression bra that holds the breasts in the correct position, supports healing, and helps minimize the risk of complications. Patients typically wear it continuously for 6 weeks, ideally even during sleep. After that, you can switch to a comfortable sports bra. We advise waiting before wearing a traditional underwire bra, depending on individual healing.
