The surgery is performed by an experienced plastic surgeon using a delicate incision—typically along the inner arm or in the armpit—to ensure the scar is as discreet as possible. Excess skin and subcutaneous tissue are removed, the loose skin is tightened, and if needed, liposuction is added to achieve smoother, more symmetrical arm contours.

Gentle Recovery

Immediately after the procedure, preventive drains are placed to help prevent fluid buildup in the wound. These are removed the next day, and compression sleeves are applied. The sleeves reduce swelling, relieve pain, and support proper healing. A restful recovery period of about 2 to 3 weeks is recommended, though most patients can return to light daily activities within a few days.
