How does gynecomastia work?

During the initial consultation with our specialist, you will discuss the shape of your chest, your expectations, and the most suitable type of procedure. The doctor will explain the difference between liposuction and gland removal and recommend the best solution. If necessary, an ultrasound examination may also be included.

Safe Procedure Performed by an Experienced Surgeon

If the issue is caused solely by excess fat, the procedure can be performed as liposuction under local anesthesia, without the need for hospitalization. If glandular tissue is also being removed, the procedure is done under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The incisions are discreetly placed along the edge of the areola to remain as inconspicuous as possible after healing.

Fast Recovery and Return to Routine

After the standard procedure, you will usually stay at the clinic for one night. We recommend rest during the first week, followed by wearing compression garments for 4–6 weeks. Most clients return to full physical activity in about six weeks.

How do I know if I have gynecomastia or just fat?

Is the procedure painful?
