During the initial consultation with a plastic surgeon, you will discuss target areas, expectations, and your health status. The doctor will explain the tissue harvesting procedure, preparation of the cell fraction, and the application process. The extent of the procedure, anesthesia plan, postoperative recommendations, and follow-up appointments will be established.
Under general anesthesia, a small amount of fat is gently harvested (typically from the abdomen or flanks). The harvested tissue is processed to obtain a cell-rich fraction. The procedure is conducted to maintain sterility, minimize tissue trauma, and prepare a concentrated material for targeted application.
The prepared material is carefully applied with fine cannulas into the pre-marked facial areas in small layers to achieve the most natural effect. Sterile dressing is applied to the entry points, a short observation period follows, and clear instructions for post-procedure care are provided. Before discharge, you will receive a follow-up appointment and detailed home care guidance.

A standard consultation takes approximately 30–60 minutes. During the consultation, the doctor will assess your situation, explain possible treatment options, and answer all your questions.
Compression garments should be worn continuously for 6–8 weeks, including during sleep. They help reduce swelling, support the tissues, and promote scar healing. After consulting with your doctor, wearing time can be gradually reduced.
