    How does microinjection wrinkle smoothing work?

    Consultation and facial movement mapping

    During the initial consultation, the doctor evaluates the dynamics of facial muscles, the type of wrinkles, and your expectations. Together, you will determine the treatment areas, such as the glabella, forehead, or eye contour, and agree on dosing and post-treatment care. A numbing cream can be applied depending on skin sensitivity.

    Short outpatient procedure

    After cleansing the skin and, if needed, applying a numbing cream, microinjections are administered with a fine needle into precisely selected points. The application takes approximately 10–20 minutes and selectively reduces the activity of muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles. Clear post-treatment instructions are provided immediately afterward.

    Immediately after the procedure

    Mild redness or minor swelling is common and usually subsides quickly. It is recommended to avoid touching the injection sites, lying down, or strenuous activity for a few hours. Most clients can return to work or normal activities immediately, while sports and sauna should be postponed until the next day.
