    How does breast augmentation using the Preservé method work?

    The procedure itself

    During the surgery, a space (pocket) for the implant is created through a very small incision. The incision is placed in the fold under the breast, where the scar becomes almost invisible once healed. The procedure is performed with exceptional care to preserve breast tissue and nerve endings. Special instruments are used to gently expand the tissue and insert the implant optimally, minimizing damage to the surrounding structures.
