    Before and After the Procedure

    How does 360° abdominoplasty work?

    Consultation and Planning

At the initial consultation, the surgeon evaluates skin quality, fat distribution, and any possible diastasis. Together, you will plan the extent of the abdominoplasty and 360° liposuction of the abdomen, hips, and lower back, including incision placement and preoperative preparation. The goal is a balanced silhouette that respects your anatomy and expectations.

    Surgery Procedure

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. A low incision is made in the lower abdomen, excess skin is removed, and the muscles are tightened if necessary. This is followed by liposuction of the abdomen, hips, and lower back to ensure smooth transitions around the entire torso. The incision is positioned so that the scar remains hidden under underwear and appears as discreet as possible.

    First Days After Surgery

Immediately after the operation, an elastic compression garment is applied, and a gentle recovery with light walking is recommended. You will receive clear instructions on positioning, wound care, and gradually resuming your activities. Over the following weeks, the shape stabilizes, and the contours continue to refine.

    Post-operative Course

    Days 1–2
Rest and wear the elastic compression garment
    Weeks 1–2
Maintain a calm, recovery-focused routine — avoid any strenuous physical activity
    After 2 Weeks
Follow-up appointment with your surgeon and gradual return to regular activities
    Up to 6 Weeks
Continue wearing the compression garment and limit sports or intense exercise
    After 3–6 Months
Final results stabilize and scars begin to soften and fade
