What is vibration liposuction and how does it work?
This method involves injecting a tumescent solution into the tissue, followed by fat removal using gently vibrating cannulas. The vibrations allow for a gentler breakdown of fat tissue and more precise suctioning.
Is the procedure painful?
Thanks to the tumescent solution with anesthetic, the procedure is generally almost painless. The only discomfort may come from the injection of the solution itself; the liposuction process is usually pain-free.
Who is vibration liposuction suitable for?
The procedure is recommended for women and men with small to medium fat deposits that resist diet and exercise. The most commonly treated areas are the abdomen, hips, thighs, arms, and under the chin.
How long does recovery take?
Swelling and bruising may persist for a few weeks, so wearing compression garments is necessary. Most clients return to normal activities within a few days, while more strenuous physical activity is advised only after several weeks. The final body contour, including smoothing of any irregularities, is typically visible within three months.
Are the results permanent?
Yes. Fat cells removed by liposuction do not regenerate. If you maintain a stable weight, the results are long-lasting and your body will keep its contoured shape.
Is the procedure done under local or general anesthesia?
In most cases, vibration liposuction is performed under local anesthesia, ensuring a comfortable and gentle experience. For more extensive procedures, general anesthesia may be chosen, which includes a one-day hospital stay.
