    How does contour modeling of the face work?

    Consultation and planning

    During the initial consultation, the doctor will assess facial proportions, tissue quality, and desired effect. Together, you will choose the appropriate combination of methods, e.g., double chin liposuction with cheek lipofilling or minor chin correction. This includes planning the procedure, selecting anesthesia, and receiving recommendations for returning to normal activities and skin care.

    Gentle procedure step by step

    During liposuction, excess fat is removed from the double chin or jawline using a thin cannula, and the contours are gently shaped. In lipofilling, fat is carefully harvested (e.g., from the abdomen or flanks), purified, and applied in small layers to the cheeks or chin. Incisions are small, positioned to minimize scarring and achieve a natural-looking result.

    Post-procedure and first weeks

    Immediately after the procedure, you will receive instructions for cooling and protecting the treated areas. Compression garments are worn on liposuction areas as recommended. Minor swelling and bruising are common and usually subside quickly. Light administrative work can be resumed soon, while sports and intense activity should be postponed until the contours are fully stabilized.
